In March 1996 Diskonto toured Poland and the Czhech republic for two weeks. That trip was very interesting and filled with things that became good and funny memories. Hey! There's a prty goin on! Steffe after a gig with some local punks. Steffe is so fucking drunk here so I can't believe he can stand by himself! Or maybe it's the Polish punks that keeps him up? Hmm...?
This is the polish band Infekcia that we played a couple of gigs with (I think it was like 3 or 4). They was a great band sounding as polish bands usually do... Crust as fuck mixed with metal... We never understood eachother (they didn't know much english), but we got along well anyway.
Hey this must be the most cold and shitty tourbus there is! It was fucking freezing and we were stuffed as fuck in it. But it took us between gigs. Til we couldn't go further in it because we had to cross the border to Czhech. Believe me, it would NEVER have made it across the border to there!

This is me and Steffe outside the gigplace for one of our best gigs. This place was fucken small! I didn't think that there would fit more than 30 people in there... It came about 80!!! It was crazy! Some people even climbed in the ceiling dancing & pogoing! It's true! It was an crazy gig, and that's how Diskonto wants it!

Polands best band up to date? Schlecia (or how it's spelled. Slaughterhouse in english). We played with them at that real small place I was talking about and they really kicked some serious ass! I heard they had a demo out now, if anyone know where to get that one, please write me!

Malmen playing some kickass drums at the same gig. Hey, he actually sits on eggboxes as an drumchair! The drumkit totally fell apart during this gig which didn't stop Malmen from doin the D-beat fast & loud!
