Here is the actual text of a conversation I've had 
100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times with Gun "Control" fanatics...


Me: "Why do you want to make guns illegal?"

Them: "Because I'm sick of criminals going around using guns to rob, rape, 
and kill people!"

Me: "Well, so am I. Tell me, what exactly IS a criminal?"

Them: "That's a stupid question! A criminal is one who commits crimes!"

Me: "No shit. What, then, IS a crime?"

Them: "Gosh you're dumb... A crime is something that's illegal."

Me: "Ok, let me get this straight... You want to make guns illegal so that 
people that do illegal things won't have them?"

Them: "That's right!"

Me: "Well, instead of being a knee-jerk liberal anti-gun freak, why don't you 
think for a minute about my last statement. YOU WANT TO MAKE GUNS ILLEGAL SO 
THAT PEOPLE THAT DO ILLEGAL THINGS WON'T HAVE THEM... That doesn't make any 
sense, man."

Them: "Whatever... It makes perfect sense."

Me: "No it doesn't! Criminals are already, well, criminals, so breaking one 
more law (i.e., owning a gun) isn't going to mean a God damned thing to them"

Them: "Well, stupid, think about it. If guns are illegal, there won't be any 
gun stores, and the crooks won't be able to get guns."

Me: "Oh, really. Tell me, is cocaine illegal?"

Them: "Yes, of course."

Me: "How many people do you think have cocaine, right NOW?"

Them: "Hell, I dunno, millions, maybe"

Me: "Ok, then. Are there cocaine 'stores'?"

Them: "No, they get the shit from drug dealers."

Me: "Really? Wow! Don't you think there are gun dealers too?"

Them "Err, ummm, ahhh... Nevermind. I see your point. But don't you know that 
more people are shot with their own gun than actually shoot the criminal?"

Me: "That may be true. But why don't we look at WHY that happens. Find 
someone who got shot by his own gun during a robbery (one that's still alive 
of course), and interview him. I did. He told me that in the split second he 
had to make a decision, all that went through his mind were the countless 
cases we hear about where some guy shot a burglar and went to JAIL for it, or 
got sued out of house and home. That's RIDICULOUS. If *I* were any of those 
judges, I'd just tell the crook 'Look, slimeball, if you hadn't of been 
ROBBING this guy's house, he wouldn't have SHOT you. Now GET THE HELL OUTTA 
MY COURT!'"



....


Anyway, I realize what the Gun Control people are trying to do. We want the 
same thing: LESS CRIME. We just have very different ways of accomplishing 
that end. Think about this: If you KNEW there was a 95% chance of any random 
person off the street having a gun on him/her, would YOU try to rob, rape, 
etc, etc, people? I sure wouldn't. I've no death wish.

And then there's this issue of "Your life has to be in danger before you can 
shoot someone"  ... That's utter bullshit. Let's say some idiot breaks into 
your house while you're asleep. You wake up, grab your gun, and tell him to 
freeze. He doesn't. You're a proponent of this "your life has to be in 
danger" bullshit, so you don't do anything. He bails. You call the cops, but 
as usual, they don't do anything. Two hours later, your neighbor's 14 year 
old daughter is raped and murdered when the SAME slime ball YOU had the 
chance to KILL breaks into their house. Fuck that. If some asshole breaks 
into your house, kill the fuck. Oh, and if you don't care about others, 
remember that crooks are scum, and you just pissed this guy off. Maybe he'll 
come to your window while you're asleep and blow YOUR head off instead, no 
telling. I for one ain't taking any chances. 

And then there's those "Well, they're just human beings that are sick" 
people. Yeah, so fucking WHAT? Charlie Manson is a sick fuck. I don't see HIM 
getting any better. What, do these idiots think some miracle shrink is going 
to come along and cure all these people of their "sickness"? I think not. 
KILL THEM. Good ol' Chuck Manson is sitting in jail, wasting more than 
$20,000 of OUR money every year, and he's NEVER going to get "better". 

And then there's STILL other people that say "Well, it costs much more to 
execute someone than to keep them in jail for 100 years!". That's bullshit 
too. Here's some simple figures:

Cost of one year in prison for one inmate: $20,000+ (as of '89, higher now)
          Cost of one 9 millimeter bullet: 30 CENTS!

How is it cheaper to keep them in jail?


Yet more people ... "Well, it's inhumane to execute someone. It's painful". 
So FUCKING WHAT? You think it feels good to have various parts of your boby 
cut off while some SLIMEBALL is SODOMIZING you? Fuck the crooks. But, for 
those people... The execution method I'm talking about (shooting them) 
doesn't hurt at all. A properly placed bullet kills instantly. You don't feel 
a damn thing.  


"Ok, what about the Juvenile Offenders?"  Yeah, what about 'em? Kill them 
too. A 12 year old gang member with a fully loaded AK-47 has somewhere along 
the line ceased to be a "cute little kid" and has become a threat to my life 
and property. "Oh, but they're a product of society."  Bull-fucking-shit. 
They're a product of their own idiocy. NO ONE held a gun to their head and 
said "Hey, kid, become a slimeball gang-banger or I'll kill you." - They made 
the decision all on their own. And then there's the fools that say "TV has 
made kids bad." - Yeah, right - MORE BULLSHIT. Hey, listen, I was 12 once, 
and I watched PLENTY of violent TV and even more violent movies, and I never 
became a gang-banging street thug, so why should kids now be allowed to be 
scum and then go blame it on TV?  As far as I'm concerned, if you're old 
enough to murder someone, you're old enough to be executed for it.


"Gee, you're a real extremist. You can't kill all criminals. What about 
crooks that just deserve jail? Where should we put them? The jails are too 
crowded."  - That's true. Some crooks don't deserve death - only murderers, 
child molesters, and rapists. Yeah, so, the jails are overcrowded, eh? SO 
FUCKING WHAT!!!  Since when is jail supposed to be pleasurable? TELL ME THAT! 
Who the FUCK cares if some asshole CROOK doesn't like it in jail because it's 
too crowded? HE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN A FUCKING CROOK! FUCKING pack the FUCKERS 
in as tight as you can, and let THEM worry about it. FUCK 'EM!  Hey, I like 
"Escape From New York"... Just make New York into a prison with a 50 foot 
high wall and armed guards, and toss the animals in there to fend for 
themselves.

"Well, the Consititution says everyone has a right to a fair trial" - Yeah, 
they do. You SHOULD get a nice, fair trial. BUT ONLY ONE! This IS NOT the 
World Series here, no more of this "best 5 out of 7" shit. You get ONE TRIAL, 
and if you're GUILTY, you're GUILTY. You get sentenced right here, right now, 
and if your sentence is DEATH, you DIE, right away. BANG! You're DEAD. I'm 
sick of this "We find the defendant guilty as charged, sentencing is in 90 
days."  Fuck that. It should be "Defendant is guilty. Sentence is DEATH. 
Baliff, take the defendant to the firing squad. Next case..."  Five year 
trials have got to stop also. Some people are so guilty, it's not even 
neccessary to dilly-dally beyond a two hour "You're scum, die." trial. Take 
Jeffrey Dahmer... That guy was OBVIOUSLY guilty, and didn't even deny it. 
They should have just taken him into court, right after the arrest, and the 
judge could just say "Mr. Dahmer, how do you plead to the charges of mass 
murder, cannibalism, and necrophilia?"  "Guilty."  "Baliff, take this animal 
to be executed. Next case..."  Done. Anyone who says they're innocent gets 
tossed in jail while a trial is prepared, then they get their trial, and if 
they're guilty, they get what they get, and if they're innocent, they go 
free. Simple as that.


Yes, this was a bit of a tirade, but hell, I'm sick of scum having more 
rights than honest, good, law-abiding citizens. I think we should add an 
amendment to the Constitution that states: "All aforementioned rights are 
NULL and VOID during the commission of any Crime".  That means that, yes, 
you have all kinds of rights here in this country, unless you're committing a 
crime, in which case, whatever happens to you, happens. We don't care. So if 
someone blows your head off while you're burglarizing his house, 
oh-fucking-well, you shouldn't have been stealing.

But WAIT, there's MORE!  "200,000 people are killed every year by handguns" 
(this number is arbitrary, but these proportions are accurate) .. "Yeah, so, 
let's LOOK at WHO they were and WHAT KIND of handguns they were killed by..."

175,000 - Killed by drug dealers, etc, with NON-LEGAL, NON-SERIALED "sterile"  
          guns.
20,000  - Killed by Police Officers.
4,900   - Killed by normal, honest citizens buring break-ins, etc
100     - accidental deaths

So, out of 200,000 deaths, making guns illegal would prevent only 5000, and 
4900 of those 5000 DESERVE TO GET KILLED. So, only 100 "innocent" deaths 
would be stopped by making guns illegal. Those accidental deaths can be 
stopped in much better ways anyway, such as making people take Gun Safety 
courses. 

Oh, and by the way, if none of this has convinced you, making guns illegal 
would be a big waste of time and money anyway, since the first guy that gets 
busted for having an illegal gun (provided this guy has a brain) will take it 
to the Supreme Court, which will declare the anti-gun law UN-CONSTITUTIONAL 
(which it is, after all), WASTING all the millions of dollars that would have 
to be spent on getting such a law passed in the first place. That is, unless 
the anti-gun fools can get the Right to Bear Arms repealed, which would most 
certainly begin the Revolution anyway...
