Reno lied and the proof can be found in the DOJ report. She told the 
American public the tanks, etc. were because of "concern for the children" 
when Koresh wouldn't send out videotapes showing the children's condition. 
In fact, the DOJ report admits Koresh had sent out such videotapes 
(portraying both the children and the government's agents inside in fine 
condition) and says the government thought it would get Koresh too much 
sympathy if the public were told the truth, so they lied and said Koresh 
never sent out the tape. 
 
Reno approved the use of tanks and active duty military special forces, 
which is illegal. 18 USC 1385. 
 
This plan, which you saw carried out on television, was executed against 96 
people, including 25 children, 17 of them under the age of 5. 
 
Only someone who is wholly inhuman, sick, warped, and completely lacking in 
any sense of human decency can possibly have viewed the footage of those 
tanks ramming that building, while the government and its paid whores in 
the media said "the tanks are just making small holes to inject tear gas." 
Clearly, the tanks were destroying the buildings. Military force was being 
used on a cardboard church full of civilians, and not in a war zone, but in 
the United States of America.

only issue on probable cause, which certainly is an issue, when the

Has it come to this, that you are so brain-dead you could possibly come up 
with any justification for the government to launch a military, special 
forces attack on a house full of 140 men, women, and children, as it did on 
the initial raid, for a $200.00 tax violation? 
 
The government's own report admits there was never ANY plan to peacefully 
serve a search warrant. The government's own report admits that the raid 
was planned using military special forces assault tactics and "dynamic 
entry." 
 
The videotapes show that the initial raid used a military helicopter, to 
fire down into a house full of men, women, and children, killing children. 
 
The government never admitted this, but we got pictures of the helicopter's 
firing, as well as a child's body being removed. 
 
Now, who had the motive to lie about what happened that day? 140 people 
minding their own business, or a bunch of thugs who just massacred women 
and children?

Funny, umpteen Catholic priests, CONVICTED (you know, having been CHARGED, 
TRIED, and CONVICTED in a court of law) don't have any tanks on their front 
lawn. 
 
The federal government has no legal authority to investigate such matters, 
even if those claims were true. 
 
Secondly, the charges had already been investigated, twice, by the state, 
and found to be baseless. This information is in the government's report, 
too. 
 
So when the ATF repeated those allegations in their warrant, they did so 
solely for the press, knowing the information was false when they stated 
it. 
 
So you have to wonder, why was that information put in the search warrant? 
Where did it originate? (Who called the state police in about it in the 
first place, who investigated it and found it false, and who kept repeating 
it and who was quoted making those claims on TV and to ATF?) 
 
Guess what? The answer is that the Anti-Defamation League, an international 
propaganda and spy network, is who sent that false information to the ATF, 
who sent false press releasees out making the same claims, and who put 
their people on TV to make those, claims, too. 
 
Don't you find that interesting, when the claims were false? 
 
Don't you find it appalling, that, let's say it was you, some organization 
could put this sort of information out, that this organization has such 
influence with both LAW ENFORCEMENT *and* the MEDIA, that it would be 
repeated, over and over and over, even though there was plenty of evidence, 
including the Sheriff of Waco's statements READILY available to any 
reporter who so much as asked the question, that it was false *AND* that 
the government would launch a raid on 140 people, based on this 
information, which they KNEW was false, which they KNEW they had NO LEGAL 
AUTHORITY OVER EVEN IF IT WERE TRUE?

The media DELIBERATELY cut that segment out of that interview, blew it up 
so the reporter doesn't show in the picture, put flames behind it for 
special effects and showed only Koresh saying, "you better watch out, I'm 
God," in slow motion. That was TOTAL FRAUD. 
 
In Waco, the Big Lie, we show the original segment, in its entirety.

chosen, by the way. Willie Williams, LA Police chief, was one of the 
"independent investigators." 
 
One of the "independent fire inspectors" works for Willie Williams. The 
other had an office in the ATF building for 10 years, gave out business 
cards that said "ATF FIRE INSPECTOR" on them, his wife is and was a 
secretary for ATF, and he attended the funeral of one of the ATF agents. 
 
Yes, indeed, very independent fire inspection there, all right. The 
Treasury Department and ATF investigate themselves and surprise, find no 
wrong doing. 
 
Their report is replete with total fabrications. We address the report, 
point by point, in Waco II.

8:30 a.m. the day of the fire, the tanks INTENTIONALLY DESTROYED ALL THE 
STAIRWELLS and INTENTIONALLY collapsed the end of the building over the 
trap door to the underground shelter. 
 
Thus, here's a real bulletin for you, bucko. The fires started, four of 
them, on three different levels of the house, at four different locations, 
within five minutes of each other, beginning at 12:05 p.m. 
 
That means for the Branch Davidians to have started the fires, they would 
have had to have known, at 8:30 that morning, that the situation was going 
to be SO bad later that day, that they would want to start a fire and burn 
the place down. 
 
They would have had to have decided to all GET IN PLACE ***BEFORE*** 8:30 
a.m., when it was no longer possible to go up or downstairs anymore, and 
then WAIT, until EXACTLY 12:05 pm to start the fire. Oh, gee, duh, why is 
that a little far-fetched, eh? 
 
Secondly, the "lantern fuel" story was so piss-poor, even the government 
quickly abandoned it. 
 
Did you notice the fire burned pitch black for 45 minutes? That means it 
was fueled by a petroleum based fire. 
 
Did you notice that big explosion? No "ammo" explodes like that and the 
explosion was not at the source of any fuel tanks belonging to the Branch 
Davidians. 
 
No, if you study special forces techniques, and if you study the videotape 
footage available from that day, you'll find that special forces started 
those fires, and during the morning, they ran det cord into the building, 
to a 55 gal. drum of fuel and later blew it up -- and that ALL of this is 
EXACTLY, STEP BY STEP, out of a special forces manual. 
 
See Waco II and you'll see the special forces troops themselves, right 
there, in living color, before your eyes. Illegally. Being used to murder 
people. In our country.

lighter fluid for grills, paint, fingernail polish, lantern fuel, paint 
remover, etc. -- the smoke, EVERYWHERE, was WHITE.
